The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The staff, particularly at the reception, were friendly and quick to assist with any requests, like helping us navigate the local transport. the sofa bed could use a thorough clean, as it felt a bit worn. the breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout our stay, which might bore those who prefer more variety. Minor issues, but overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely on my list for future visits.

The room had only one available power outlet, which made charging devices a hassle. the air vent in the bathroom was quite noisy, which disrupted the peace during my stay. The bed was not very comfortable, and I found the bathroom amenities to be lacking in quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Gdansk Centrum! The location was just perfect, being only a 5-minute walk to the canals while still being in a quiet area. Our Executive Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety, especially the fresh fruits and waffles that my kids loved!

The only downside was the mattress, which was softer than we preferred.
